The well-equipped kitchen is spacious, with beautiful maple cabinets, Corian counters, and a large dining area for 8. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the home. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful private bath with stone and granite. The other 2 bedrooms share the full hall bath that has been beautifully updated also with stone and granite. There are 2 twin beds and a queen bed, all the linens are new and all the bedrooms have TVs. Outside there is a newer private sunny pool with a cascading waterfall, the pool deck is large and done in stone, you will feel like you are at a private resort. There are lounge chairs, a dining area, and a gas grill. There is an incredible screened porch with seating and ceiling fans making this the perfect place to relax after a day in the sunshine poolside or at the beach. The home is located only a 5-minute walk from the pristine beach and to Coligny Plaza where there is something for everyone at the party.
