This standalone three-story home is one of the few properties to have deeded access into Sea Pines Plantation. This means that you will be able to freely go in and out of Sea Pines to enjoy all of the amenities and offerings during your visit. The home has a raised entry and upon entering you are greeted with an open floor plan. As you move through the foyer the property opens up with the large kitchen and updated offerings to the dining room and living area. Just off the living and dining area is a deck that runs the length of the back of the home that is covered and offers to seat. Back at the front of the property off the entry is one of five bedrooms with a queen bed and attached full bath with both room and hall access. As you go upstairs in the property there are 4 more bedrooms located on this level. At the top of the stairs to the right is the master bedroom with a spacious master bathroom including separate shower and tub areas and double vanities. The next bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a private bathroom. Across the hall from this bedroom is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is the queen bedroom with a private bathroom and also a king bedroom with a private bathroom. The hidden gem of this property is the outdoor space. Past the garage under the home is an outdoor living space that offers plenty of covered seating with an outdoor refrigerator and living and dining space. This can be a great space to get away from the heat and enjoy the private wooded setting surrounding the home. The pool area has a wonderful wooded view and the combination of covered and outdoor space is more than enough to accommodate the entire group when not down at the beach.
