This villa features everything you need for a relaxing, refreshing stay in Hilton Head. Featuring a Queen bedroom on the first floor with a full bath, this bedroom is perfect for anyone that has issues with stairs. Past the bedroom, the villa opens up to a spacious living room with tasteful decor that makes you feel like you're truly on an island. The large flat screen TV as well as comfortable furniture make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Off of the living area is a dining space that is conveniently located between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and able to have meals for the entire family cooked right at home. While many villas only have 1 living space, this home has a screened porch with an additional television for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the ocean while watching your favorite show. Upstairs features the King master bedroom which features an ensuite bathroom as well as a 2nd story balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean meeting the Calibogue Sound. Two additional bedrooms each feature 2 Twin beds per room, and they share a bathroom located in one of the twin bedrooms. Location and amenities are what make this beautiful property stand out. The beach path is located directly behind this villa and will have you finding your spot in the sand in no time. Sea Pines and all of Hilton Head Island are known for its miles upon miles of bicycle paths. This home includes 4 adult beach cruiser bicycles with your stay, allowing you to explore the island while getting exercise at the same time. You can walk across the street to the South Beach Racquet Club if you'd like to book court time for tennis (additional cost) or go to the South Beach Pool (included with your stay). Afterwards you can go to the Salty Dog cafe for a drink and some snacks.
