The living area features stylish furnishings, a Smart TV and access to the private patio. The patio overlooks the grounds and tennis courts and has plenty of seating for outdoor dining, as well as a propane grill.
Just beyond the living area, you'll find a dining area with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, granite counters and all you'll need to cook a meal for your family. The first level also has a powder room and laundry area for added convenience.
The main bedroom and a guest bedroom are located on the second level. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large vanity area and a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two double beds, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the third level. One bedroom features two twin beds, while the other has two double beds. Both bedrooms have TVs, and they share access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
Guests have complimentary access to the onsite community pool. Shopping, restaurants and water sports options are just a short walk to Harbour Town Hilton Head. And, the beach and Sea Pines Beach Club are a quick 10-minute bike ride away!
Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional non-refundable fee of $225 plus tax per dog.
