This stylish villa is perfect for group or family trips. Located on a beautiful fairway and within walking distance of the beach, it features 3 stunning bedrooms, each with its own full bath, a gourmet kitchen, and a wet bar with a wine and beverage fridge.
As you enter, you'll find an open floor plan. To the left is the updated kitchen with white cabinets, dark stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area, with seating for eight, is just beyond the kitchen.
The living room has dark hardwood floors, expansive golf course views, two beige sofas, two armchairs, and a 70" LG Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights. Sliding doors lead to a private back patio, ideal for enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the golf course.
The master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a king bed, a 42" Roku TV, golf course views, and its own private door to the back patio. The master bathroom is updated with dark countertops, a tiled floor, and a walk-in shower.
Also on the main floor is a guest bedroom with two double beds, hardwood floors, a 42" Roku TV, and a full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Upstairs, you'll find an additional guest bedroom and a separate loft area. The loft area has a desk, and a queen sleeper sofa, and overlooks the living room below. The guest room has a king bed, beautiful carpet, a 32" Roku TV, and access to a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside the front door is another patio area with a couch, two chairs, an ottoman, and a separate grilling area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. This will surely become your favorite spot on Hilton Head!
The resort offers views of the golf course and is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site swimming pool and community tennis courts. Guests are close to everything the resort has to offer – golfing, clay tennis courts, fishing, and miles of bike paths.
