A glass sliding door leads you to the patio overlooking the lush Hilton Head nature and landscapes. The galley kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, Keurig coffee maker available, and also offers a full-size washer and dryer closet. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The hallway leads to another full bath with tiled tub shower combination and the guest bedroom which has a full over twin bunk bed and flat screen TV and additional ceiling fan, perfect for the kids of the family or just the young at heart. This Island house allows 2 cars MAX. Per the HOA. The complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza. Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.
