The Villa is located on the second floor and overlooks North Forest Beach. There is so much style and charm in this villa you feel like you're in a beach cottage. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for three and opens up to the living area and a dining area that seats six. Enjoy two separate balconies. First, an oversized balcony patio perfect for family dining (a table that comfortably seats 6, with 4 additional chairs plus a lounge chair to enjoy Hilton Head’s beautiful sunsets). The second is a private balcony right off of the second primary bedroom perfect for sipping your coffee and enjoying the ocean views. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, desk, an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower and dual vanity, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass door access to the large balcony patio. The Villa also offers a separate bar area with a wine fridge. The complex is located in the heart of everything, across the street from Coligny Plaza, the “downtown” of Hilton Head Island. Some of the best restaurants on the Island are a short walk away. Nearby Coligny Beach Park provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants (including three ice cream shops), a tasting room with local wines, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment.
