The dining area seats six comfortably, with additional dining chairs for two and two stools at the kitchen bar. Just beyond the dining area is the custom coffee bar with a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, Nespresso, and a coffee grinder. There's also an additional beverage fridge.
The fully renovated kitchen boasts a farm sink, stainless appliances, and everything you'll need to cook meals for your family, including an Instant Pot, Crock-Pot, and small waffle maker.
The main bedroom, located off the living area, features a king bed, Smart TV, and access to a private bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.
The queen guest bedroom is also on the main level, with a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you'll find the kid zone! This room features a bunk bed, twin bed, and Smart TV. It has access to a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.
Each bedroom also has its own ceiling fan.
This property allows two well-behaved dogs, under 75 lbs each, for an additional fee per dog.
Guests have access to complex tennis courts and three complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny Plaza, which features shops, dining, and entertainment! Two car passes are allowed only.
