The spacious living room is has a cathedral ceiling, large flat screen TV, ample seating, and access to the private deck. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding as well. The kitchen has been tastefully updated with newer cabinets and appliances. There is a washer and dryer located in the kitchen as well. The deck has an outdoor dining area for true indoor/outdoor living. The master bedroom has a King bed, Flat Screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds, a Flat Screen TV, and a hallway bath. Upstairs there is a third bedroom which has 2 twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. This unit is perfect for an extended family or a family with more than two children who are looking for ample living space without renting a large home. This property is nearby to the Palmetto Dunes general store, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. The pool is just a short walk away, the beach is also within walking distance, and shuttle service is available during the summer season.
