The villa features a private patio with a gas grill, perfect for hosting family BBQs or enjoying a quiet evening outdoors. One minute walk from the villa will take you to the saltwater pool with a baby pool and sundeck for fishing on lagoon. You can access the 11-mile lagoon system via the dock for kayaking. Adjacent to the pool are three new private Har-Tru tennis courts that are easy to reserve and free for guests. This is one of the only properties in Palmetto dunes with its own tennis courts. The beach is only 3/4 mile away, close enough so that you can walk or bike. Your beach access at the Disney Beach House includes designated parking, restrooms, and a snack bar.
