This rental is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located on the 5th floor, offering great ocean views. The villa features off-white tiled floors, eggshell walls, and tasteful decorations. The open living area leads to the bedrooms on either side, ensuring privacy for all guests.
To the right of the foyer is the guest bedroom, which has half-tiled floors and half-wood planks, two queen beds, a café-style table for two, and a 32” TV. The sliding door opens to a private, covered balcony with two chairs, providing a lovely spot for morning coffee and relaxation. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a single tiled vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The large soaking tub and vanity are open to the bedroom, while the shower and toilet can be closed off for privacy.
Guests will enjoy the open concept of the main living area, which offers great ocean views. The kitchen has tiled countertops and floors with white appliances, and it comes fully equipped for meal preparation. The dining room, located near the kitchen, features a mirrored accent wall and a round glass-top table with seating for five. The living room includes a tan microsuede dual reclining sofa, a matching reclining love seat, and a 48” TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony with a table for three, providing a perfect place to enjoy the ocean breeze and views.
Through the living room's French-style doors is the master bedroom, featuring wood plank floors, a king bed, a bench seat, an accent chair, and a 32” TV. Guests have access to the balcony shared with the living room. The soaking tub and vanity are open to the bedroom, while the walk-in shower and toilet can be closed off for privacy. Complex amenities include a newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck, and hot tub area. A brand new, adult-only, oceanfront serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck has been added. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed throughout these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.
Both pools are heated seasonally, from March 15th to May 1st and from October 15th to December 1st (these dates are subject to change and are out of our control).
