This top-floor vacation villa in Hilton Head, SC, offers outstanding oceanfront views. From the 5th floor, enjoy panoramic views of the lagoon, oceanfront pool, and the Atlantic Ocean. The large covered balcony is accessible through sliding glass doors from both the living room and the master bedroom, featuring a round table with four upright chairs and a high-top table with two bar chairs.
Elegantly decorated, the living room includes a brand new queen sleeper sofa, two high-back armchairs, a 50" SMART TV, and a small swivel armchair with a palm tree motif. The villa has been beautifully updated with new flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms. The dining room features a glass-top table with six leather chairs, adjacent to the living room and the well-equipped new kitchen. The kitchen, located on the left upon entering, has new cabinets, granite countertops, a flat-top stove, double sinks, and a stacked washer/dryer. There is also a roomy breakfast bar with two stools.
The master bedroom, off the dining area to the right, offers a king bed, 40" SMART TV, small armchair, and private balcony access. The view is as spectacular as from the living room, encompassing the lagoon, swimming pool, and ocean. The master bedroom includes a sink with a mirror on the left side and a private bath with a new walk-in shower and a second vanity with a sink.
On the left side of the villa, just past the kitchen, is a guest room with two double beds, decorated in an uplifting color scheme, and a 32" TV. Guests can enjoy a tropical view of the tall trees and a slight view of the ocean. The hall bathroom, beautifully renovated, features a combination tub/shower. A pocket door enables this to be a closed suite, or the bath can be accessed from the hall.
