There are beds for eleven guests but the maximum occupancy of the home is ten guests – the host also suggests that the home would be most comfortable for eight guests
Due to the climate of the northeastern US, the pool will likely be unavailable during the cooler months – if you are planning to stay during this period, please check with the host whether you'll be able to use the pool
If you'll be staying for longer than a week, there will be a mandatory weekly clean and an extra charge will apply
Off-street parking is available and we would recommend having a car to make the most of the area
