Just off the great room is a butler's pantry with wine fridge and laundry. A king bedroom with ensuite bath and second bedroom with 2 twin over futon bunk beds and adjacent guest bath are on this level as well, and each has a private terrace for absolute privacy and ultimate relaxation. The third floor features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, loft, spectacular gulf and bay views, and an elegant bath with tub and huge walk-in shower. No need to go down to the kitchen for your morning coffee or midnight snack, brew some morning coffee, warm up some croissants in the coffee bar just outside the master suite and slip outside to your private deck. A king and a queen bedroom, one with an ensuite bath and both with private balconies are also on this level.
