The second living room has a TV for your entertainment pleasure and is located to the right of the kitchen.
The lovely fully equipped kitchen has high-gloss lacquer cabinets, new appliances, a walk-in pantry, and an eat-in dining area as well, which overlooks the pool and backyard canal area.
Relax poolside on the open-air pool deck while soaking up the Florida sun. Cool off in the in-ground, electric heated pool. A screened-in lanai is just off the pool and lets not forget the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer has been added.
Rent a boat or bring your own and tie it up to the break wall outback. A dock and fish cleaning station has also been provided for your use.
Walk to the beach in less than 2 short minutes from the house. Our 7 miles of white sugar sand and the Gulf of Mexico will be calling your name to come out and explore. Located at the very southern tip of Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park and more endless miles of beach await you there as well. Of course, commuting on and off the island couldn't be easier with the bridge just a minute away.
The master suite is impressive in size. It's more than just a bedroom. A king-size bed, plenty of dresser and closet space for all your outfits, an in-room TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower will be waiting for you at the end of the day.
The two guest rooms are well appointed one with a queen-size bed, desk area, and in-room TV. The second has a full-size bed. Both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the adjoining hallway.
