A beautiful kitchen overlooks the dining and living area and provides a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. The balcony off the main level offers a huge table that seats 12 plus an additional lounge space. There is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed off the living room and there is a guest bath just off the kitchen. Upstairs the grand staircase is the primary bedroom with a king bed with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. The primary en suite offers a walk-in shower and large closet. There is an additional guest bedroom on this level that offers a Queen and twin bed and en suite with a tub/shower combo. The first floor of the house offers ground level entry to a 2-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living area with sleeper sofa, and private patio. There is a full bedroom with pool access and en suite with walk-in shower. The other guest bedroom features a twin-over-Queen bunk bed with additional sleeping available in the living area on a sleeper sofa. There is also a full bathroom accessible from the living area with a tub/shower combo. This home sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably. Outside features a screened-in pool and hot tub overlooking the Mantanzas Pass Preserve offering great privacy.
