Welcome to your little piece of paradise, nestled alongside a lovely canal that offers quick access out to the Gulf of Mexico This adorable vacation home is really and truly framed by tropical landscaping,and enjoys a covered dock, heated pool. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great and much sought after location at the tip of the island where across the boulevard you will find a lovely stretch of beach.
Entry is up a paved walkway through the front door into the living area, and to the right is the dining area. The living area has terrazzo floors and is tastefully furnished with a leather sofa with end table and lamp, a coffee table on an area rug, a leather side chair, and an overstuffed recliner/rocker. The decor is modern coastal and tasteful in every way.
The lanai is nicely furnished with a round mosaic tile table seating 4, with a remote control ceiling fan above. There are also two other chairs and cocktail tables. Beyond the pool and lanai area, there are paved sidewalks down both sides to the covered dock with boat lift. There is also seating out on the dock. To the left of the lanai and pool area is another paved area with chairs and a BBQ grill. Again, the scenery is all lush, tropical and colorful foliage.
From the dining area towards the front of the house is the kitchen. There is a cafe table seating two. There is also a desk with a pass-through bar into the dining area. There is plenty of counter space with tile backsplash. There is a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door. There is a built-in self-cleaning oven, and a built-in counter-top range and dishwasher. The kitchen sink is stainless steel with disposal, and there is a counter-top microwave oven. All the necessary items to prepare full course meals are provided.
From the kitchen, a door provides access to the laundry room and third bedroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer with a laundry sink. From the laundry area, there is also access to the lanai and pool area.
Heading back towards the kitchen and to the left is a huge bonus room that would be perfect for the youngsters. It is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, with double beds on the bottom and single beds on the top. There is a round glass-top game table with four rattan cushioned chairs with casters, a floor lamp, and a double dresser. This room is large enough that there is a sitting area with a queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat with an end table between, in front of which is an entertainment center with flat-screen TV and storage shelves. In this room, there are also two sets of sliding glass doors looking out toward the front of the house and a paved driveway.
