Guests can rent either side A RIGHT SIDE or B LEFT SIDE or rent the entire property. The views of Estero Bay is quite simply breathtaking as are the amazing vistas from everywhere inside this spacious home that combines inside and outdoor living exceptionally well. This three level luxury home consists of over 6238 sq ft of luxury living space. Every floor can be accessed by elevator or stairways. Both sides of the home enjoy spacious balcony’s and the large pool deck anchors the pool and spa, 2 story screens, plenty of seating and sun chaises and a barbecue grill. Guest access to the common pier with boat lifts for each side at the very end of this amazingly long deck.
