This desired gated community in North Fort Myers offers this terrific pool home and is ideally located within minutes of our world class shopping and dining,- Cape Coral and just a 5 min drive over the bridge to downtown Fort Myers, for terrific entertaining, dining and events. This beautifully maintained 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home enjoys a private heated pool and is decorated in a contemporary yet comfortable coastal style. Updated appliances and a fully equipped kitchen will ensure your vacationing comfort. The airy bright open layout offers private nooks yet great family gathering spaces and a 65” TV has been added to the living room. The large lanai is great for entertaining friends and family. Relax on the large lanai with a heated pool that has a sun shelf with seating in the pool and an umbrella, the lanai also has outdoor dining, lounging and a grill along with a TV to watch your favorite sports. All the furnishings are brand new as of December 2019. The master bedroom has a king bed with a 40” smart TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub NOT jetted. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 40” TV’s as well and there are 2 more bathrooms one with a tub shower combination and one with a walk-in shower. This home also has a private 2 car garage and laundry room with a washer and dryer for renters to use. NOTE: utility charge may apply check at time of booking.
