This charming two-level Old Florida beach home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a large screened
deck and screened free-form pool amidst lush tropical vegetation. The community also boasts a private
bay front park accessible to residents and guests, with Gazebo, boat slips, fishing pier, and 40-foot dock.
Upon arrival in the circular drive with side pocket parking, a walk up the stairs brings you into a nice
sized screened porch with a table which seats eight, a great place for family meals. On entering the home
you will immediately notice the exposed beam ceilings. The living room is nicely furnished, and there is a
large flat screen television for everyone's enjoyment. To your right is an open kitchen with peninsula bar,
complete with all the necessities for preparing your favorite meals. Entering the hallway past the kitchen
finds a nice sized pantry on your left, followed by the master bedroom and full bath on your right, with a
queen-size bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. Further down the hall is the second bedroom featuring 2
twin beds as well as wall mounted TV and full bath. Next is bedroom 3 which can be used either as an
office or bedroom as it has a full size Murphy bed behind enclosed dark wood finished cabinet, desk, and
elevated flat screen TV.
This home has two levels with separate entrances. Leaving the main house upstairs go down and enter the
large screened in area with pool and bar as the main focal point. Tucked beneath this home, yet just steps
away from the pool, is a well appointed bar, complete with mini-fridge and full-size refrigerator and
freezer. Also available for those bar-side festivities is a charcoal grill. There is a cozy area here with
sectional seating for your relaxation after a dip in the pool. Another full bath with walkin shower for your
convenience after a refreshing swim. Further exploration of the lower level features a washer and dryer
and a nice gameroom with table and chairs. This is a great home for smaller parties seeking affordable
