The owners have provided everything you will need for preparing your meals. The formal dining room seats four comfortably with additional seating on the screened in lanai or at the breakfast bar.
The living room is an area to relax and unwind in. Comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and water views, make this room ideal for finding your inner peace and creating memories with family and friends while here on vacation.
Open the wall of sliding glass doors, allowing them to pocket back opening the entire living room to the screened in lanai. The vaulted ceilings in the lanai add a dramatic effect to the pool area. There is covered seating in the protected shade and loungers? poolside to soak up the Florida sunshine. Enjoy bug free days and nights while cooling off in your private pool. Head outside to your manicured back yard where you can fish from the canal, launch kayaks and explore Estero Bay or just sit and relax on the dock while taking in the beautiful views of Estero Bay. There's even a fish cleaning station just in case you catch dinner for the night! Situated just two homes off Estero Bay, 271 Ibis Street offers quick access by boat out to the Gulf of Mexico towards the south end of the island.
At the end of a fun filled day in the Florida sunshine, retreat to the master suite and slumber peacefully on the king size bed. The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home giving everyone some privacy. The first guest room offers a queen bed with in-room TV, while the second has two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway that features a tub/shower combination for everyone's convenience.
Also included with your stay is a gas grill, wireless internet and a full-size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free.
271 Ibis Street is centrally located close to everything. A 4-5 minute walk will have you back at Estero Blvd. and at your deeded beach access. Walk across the street where seven miles of white sugar sand beach and the warm Gulf waters are waiting for you to explore. Parasailing and Jet Ski rentals are just a short walk away for those with an adventurous side. Cabana and chair rentals can also be found beachside for those who'd like to soak up the Florida sunshine at the water?s edge. Pickup games of volley ball, along with nightly entertainment of live bands are all within a short walk as well.
Just a few blocks north of south of the house you will find numerous shops and restaurants, along with the beach movie theater. Trolley stops heading both north and south bound are at the corner of Ibis and Estero ready to take you anywhere you'd like to go without anyone having to drive! Santini Marina Plaza is a few minutes? walk away where you'll find nightlife, boutiques, a liquor store, quick groceries at a 7/11 and CVS, along with everything from five-star dining to a Subway.
