After a walk up the steps, you enter a short hallway that includes two bedrooms. The third is located off the living room. You are then led to a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all other conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay. The living room has a comfortable seating arrangement with a couch and loveseat. If you or one of the children needs a private getaway, there is a nook off the living room where you can relax on the sleeper sofa couch and watch the show of your choice. Also included is a DVD player and high speed WIFI internet.
Combined oversized glass panels, and a slider in the dining area, lead out to a new wrap around deck that offers a magnificent view of the backyard. The new deck is perfect for tanning and when you need to cool off, walk down the steps and take a dip in the heated pool and overflow hot tub. The backyard is a large tropical oasis, great for sunning and relaxing poolside. Soak away life's stresses in your private hot tub. Relax poolside in the hammock or under the tiki hut. There is also a great covered poolside sitting area with a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure while relaxing outside.
This elevated home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, an excellent feature if you are traveling with children. It can sleep 8 people. The first bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms, plus the living room and living room nook have flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure.
If you feel a need to do laundry, there is a washer/dryer, a sink and cabinets to keep you organized. A good-sized deck off the laundry provides a quiet waiting area or a retreat away from the rest of your group to relax outside overlooking the neighborhood.
Publix grocery store is 1/2 mile north and just behind Publix is the new 5-star Bayfront Bistro. Santini Shopping Plaza is two miles south offering unique shops and restaurants. There's really no need to leave the island!
The trolley makes stops to the north and south on the island transporting you all over the island where ever you may need to go for just $.75 a ride or purchase an all-day pass for $2. You can head south to Lover's Key State Park for some must see bird watching or go north to Times Square for more shopping, eating and nightlife. Fort Myers Beach has it all.
