Walkthrough the front door of the house and up the steps to start your vacation experience. Views of the Gulf of Mexico will greet you at the top of the stairs. Decorated in a Key West theme throughout; the colors of the home bring the beach inside providing you with a tropical feeling no matter where you are in the house. The living area boasts floor to ceiling windows and glass doors that lead out to your upper deck overlooking the beach. The large, picture windows flood the interior of the house with natural light. The wood floors appear to flow as the sandy beach beneath your feet. Expressively designed with functionality and cheerful fun colors there is no lack of seating to relax and enjoy a little family time together or take in a movie or your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The living room is outfitted with comfortable furniture and a chaise lounge for those who want to kick back and relax!
The dining room offers remarkable views of the beach and seats 6 in comfort and style. Additional seating areas can be found on the upper deck as well. The large kitchen area was designed to impress with spacious, black, metallic solid surface countertops, dazzling glass backsplash, new white appliances, and custom cabinets. Everything is at your fingertips to cook a fancy gourmet meal, although you may find it hard to cook as your attention will be taken away by the amazing Gulf views in the kitchen. If a cookout is more your style, move out to the private deck and heat the grill below, all while watching the dolphins playfully swimming in your backyard. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen in a separate room with plenty of storage and shelving space and a separate laundry tub with a full-size washer and dryer.
Relax on the upper-level porch watching the boats go by and observe the incredible Florida wildlife. Take the stairs down to the beach and fish the day or night away under the clear blue sky or a star-filled night. Looking for adventure? Kayak out directly from the backyard into Gulf and explore one of the many uninhabited islands of Estero Bay or famous Mound Key. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach will beckon you to explore or just layout and soak up our Florida sunshine.
When the stars ascend high in the sky quietly end your day in paradise in one of the seven bedrooms. Three spacious bedrooms can be found on the upper level with three full bathrooms. The upstairs portion of the house accommodations a maximum of 6 guest's total.
The luxurious master bedroom is a retreat. Located off the north, Gulf side of the house, it has fantastic views of the beach for intimate, peaceful evenings, and watching the colors of the sunset. Wake to the sun glistening off the water. Even if you are not a morning person this will inspire you to want to get out of bed and start your day. There is generous space to spread out on the King size bed and more than adequate room for your belongings in the large dresser and closets. The master bathroom is exquisite, including a large vanity with granite counter, which is separate from the fully tiled walk-in shower and toilet space.
On the south side of the house, you will find the two guests bedrooms and two full Jack and Jill bathrooms. The first guest's bedroom is decorated in vivid coral. It has a queen-size bed and looks out to the Gulf of Mexico as well. A full bathroom opens off the bedroom with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom leading out the other side over to the second bedroom. The second guest room has a beachy surf motif and two twin beds. Off this bedroom is a second Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination that leads out to the living room area.
Taking the stairs down to the ground level, entering through a second private doorway you will find the beautiful lower level of this home. This area has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a second kitchen, second laundry facilities, and a living space.
Immediately to the right of the entrance is the first of the four bedrooms. This fun bedroom has a "boat" for a bed. It's a twin size bed with a twin trundle that pulls out from underneath to sleep 2 if desired. This room has a nautical theme to it and is unique.
Down the hallway, a little is the next bedroom which has two twin beds and an "under the sea" theme. Inspired by the coral reefs and ocean life you'll drift off to sleep with dreams of living under the sea.
A full bathroom with a large walk-in shower is in the hallway for everyone to use. A downstairs laundry area with full-size washer and dryer and built-in ironing board will help with all your laundry needs.
The large great room will welcome you to come and relax. This room is right off the beach. Open the large sliding glass doors and bring the outdoors inside. Comfortable furnishings, including two additional sleeper sofa's, a separate dining area for 6 and expansive, unique, copper bar with seating for 4 will have you living the Florida dream life in no time. A large flat-screen TV will be a gathering point for everyone to watch their favorite sporting event right from their bar! The downstairs kitchen is off the dining area. Beautiful black, metallic solid surface counters, custom cabinets, full-size fridge, cooktop, microwave and of course a dishwasher will make this a great beachside entertainment area for everyone.
Just off the great room to the north side of the house, you will find the remaining two guest bedrooms. Both have queen size beds and the one a large flat-screen TV for your guests viewing pleasure. A second full bathroom is in the hallway for everyone's use as well.
As you exit the great room out to the beach you'll find additional seating areas and a grill for your barbequing pleasure.
The owners have included not only cable TV but free local calling and high-speed wireless internet service. The home has a large driveway providing plenty of off-street parking.
