The ground floor bedroom has both a queen size bed and full-size bed in this room. This large bedroom sleeps 4 and enjoys a bathroom and TV.
Cathedral ceilings with tropical ceiling fans to move the air and blow the Gulf breezes through the house. For our guests who prefer cooler air, this property also comes with central air conditioning.
The best thing of all is the living room is spacious and has commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. An open-air deck opens off the living room is great for bird watching or for keeping an eye on those at the pool below.
You will find the master bedroom off the living area. This large suite has a private entrance to the side balcony. The king size bed, in-room TV, and full ensuite bath complete the master suite.
From the living room you will find the open concept kitchen looks out toward the Gulf and has a breakfast bar so you can entertain and cook at the same time. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining area which opens to the upper screened in lanai with added open seating here as well. This is a magnificent space for those bug free days and nights and allows you to open the home up to the outdoors giving you that indoor/outdoor Florida experience.
Bordering the kitchen area is the second guest bedroom with one twin x-long bed and one full size bed, plus an in-room TV. A full bathroom in the hallway is convenient for all. You will find that this property as has wireless internet, a two-car garage and a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both smoke free and pet free.
While your accommodations are wonderful, at some point you're going to want to leave and head to the beach; after all that's what you came here for! Take the winding private road to the beach and nature preserve. Bird lovers be ready with your cameras for some of the most amazing photos of our local Florida wildlife. The preserve winds around to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
