Open the door and walk into the great room. Bathed in natural light from the numerous windows and wall of sliding glass doors you will love this space. Vaulted ceilings provide depth, neutral colors, rich and textured fabrics will stir your senses. The living room is off to the left upon entering. Comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV will have you relaxing in no time.
The kitchen is a cook's haven. Two tone, self closing, custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, large pantry, a laundry room, tear drop lighting and a breakfast bar are just a few of the highlights of the kitchen. A formal dining area is just off the kitchen area for your dining pleasure.
Open the wall of sliding glass doors at the end of the living room and walk out onto the beautiful screened in lanai. Overlooking Mango Street you can watch the neighborhood activities while relaxing in a bug free location on comfortable furnishings.
At the front of the house is the master suite. Separated from the other bedrooms this is a nice private area. Trayed ceilings, hardwood floors, a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, plenty of dresser space, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and his and her sinks will have you feeling extraordinary in no time.
At the rear of the house are the two guest bedrooms, providing this home with sleeping for up to 6 persons. The first has a queen bed, the second two twin beds. Both have hardwood floors, in-room flat screen TV's and share a full bath in the adjoining hallway with a tub/shower combination.
