This vacation retreat is a large, open-concept home situated directly on the beach and accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably. This home is a great place for families and friends to meet and retreat. It has two floors with separate living areas, great for teenagers wanting their own space.
Entering the wide foyer, there is one of three upstairs guest rooms on the right. This room is perfect for the kids. Bunk beds, plenty of dresser and closet space in an African motif. To the left is a large bathroom complete with double sinks, plenty of counter space and a large shower. The second guest room with queen bed has a large double closet, dresser, and nightstands with a convenient sliding door to an outside deck, allowing this room to become its own retreat.
The master bedroom and in-suite bath is tastefully decorated in shabby-chic. It offers the comfort of a king sized bed, TV, walk-in cedar closet, 2 nightstands and dressers providing all the storage space needed to keep a clear view of the beach through the 3 slider glass doors and wrap-around deck. The suite bath is large enough for two with elbow room to spare. Double sinks, granite countertops and a glass shower will wash away all your cares...not to mention the sand!
The main floor of this spacious home has vaulted ceilings, tile and Pergo flooring and plenty of gathering space. The living room seats 6 comfortably around the TV, DVD, and wifi system. The dining room table can expand to seat 10, with additional seating at the kitchen bar and breakfast nook. There is a wet bar ready to provide for additional entertaining prep space for sunset cocktails. The kitchen is a chef's dream come true. Ample granite counter space, stove/oven, dishwasher, double-sided refrigerator and double basic sink makes it convenient to have more than one assistant. In addition, there's also a large 4-burner gas grill located just outside the kitchen, on the wrap-around deck.
The lower level of this home can be reached by the outside stairs or by the elevator. This level provides secondary accommodations and entertaining space with beach access. The fourth bedroom has a dual bunk beds with top bunk a twin and the bottom a full. The smaller modified kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink will keep everyone happy around the gaming room with a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and double doors to the beach. A full bath with tub/shower combo, and adjoining laundry room with full size washer and dryer make this home the total package.
Fort Myers Beach offers more than views and accommodations, right? The white sandy beach, just steps from the door, is perfect for private sunbathing. And if you desire more open water and sand, simply follow the trail to the full 7 miles of white sugar sand shoreline of Fort Myers Beach. Known for its easy access to Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Springs and Naples, this home is located at the south end of the island. One mile north, you will find multiple restaurants, a drug store, shopping and movie theater. A full Publix grocery store is two miles north. Remember, this vacation has every option; quiet and tranquil or outdoorsy and public. There are only a limited number of beach front rentals. So if your vacation plans are to go to the beach, then this is your place. It's all here at 8170 Estero, aka Squeeze Me Inn....where you can squeeze in everybody or everything, or nothing at all.
