This 3,000 square foot, 5-bedroom, 5-bath home is very elegant and spacious, providing for wonderful family gatherings. The open concept with glass across the entire bayside of the home provides breathless water views from the kitchen, dining area, family room, and gathering areas. At ground level are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The yellow bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is another half bath on the ground level near the pool. On the main level is one bedroom with a trundle bed with two twins and a beautiful attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The top-level has two master suites each with queen beds and attached bathrooms. Enjoy the 137-foot boat dock for fishing or lounging out over the water day or evening watching the dolphins and tropical birds. Both the sunrise and sunset colors of the sky and bay are magnificent to behold. The home is located on the only private gated peninsula of the island, and just a short walk to the white sandy beach. Also close by are shops and restaurants, plus a fully equipped kitchen for your own home cooking. The property also includes an enclosed garage for your car.
