This recently remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath gulf front condo located just at the southernmost tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach. There is a wide sandy beach at your doorstep, and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. This location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 25-30 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 20-30 minute drive. Amenities at this resort include a gulf-front heated pool with indoor lobby, and at the southeast end of the building an area has been set aside with gas grills. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building that runs north to the Times Square area with its wide variety of boutiques and restaurants, and south to Lovers Key state park and its pristine beaches. Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, ceiling fans throughout and private washer and dryer. A secure elevator will take you to the fourth floor above parking level. Enter into a foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has an architectural tray ceiling, recessed lighting and plenty of cabinets and Corian counterspace. A stacked washer and dryer set is available in the kitchen. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator/freezer, glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal, and island bar into the dining/living room area. Everything is provided to prepare full course meals, or just make coffee and toast in the morning. Just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. This flows into the living room where furnishings include matching sleeper-sofa and love seat with end tables and lamps, coffee table and side chair. Opposite the seating area is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. From the living room through expansive sliding glass doors you will access the screened in furnished balcony. The view is 180 degrees, spanning the area from the open Gulf of Mexico to the south and West, to Big Carlos pass to the South and East. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, a triple dresser, walk-in closet and in-room TV. There are sliding glass doors to the balcony. Through a separate door is the bathroom with granite-top vanity with lavatory, full wall mirror and plenty of storage space beneath, commode and a beautifully tiled shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom is nicely furnished with two single beds, night stand and lamp, double dresser with mirror, ample closet space and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent bathroom has a granite-top vanity with lavatory, commode, and tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass door. Amenities: Beachfront Water Views Cable A/C
