Entering into a large covered ground floor area with seating and laundry room for both ground floor units, and then through the front door, to the left and straight ahead is the living/dining area, with queen-size sleeper sofa with end table and lamp in a beachy rattan motiff, coffee table, chair with ottoman, and entertainment center cabinet with flat screen TV, and bar table seating 2. Flooring is tile throughout.
To the right is a queen-size bed, next to which is the bathroom with tub/shower combination, vanity, lavatory and toilet. Moving to the left is a kitchenette complete with refrigerator/freezer, double stainless steel sink, and microwave. The kitchenette is equipped with meal preparation necessities, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. There is a closet next to the kitchen.
From the living room sliding glass doors lead out to a covered patio with glass top table seating 4. Beyond this is a shared large heated pool with sunning area with chaise lounges. The property is on a canal, and has a boat dock as well.
Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very close by are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other close by things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, and a little further south is the Santini Marina Plaza with many other restaurants and shops. Also for your convenience there is a trolley stop just a few steps out to Estero Boulevard.
