This a three-bedroom, two-bath resort-style luxurious vacation destination in paradise with generous square footage. Bella Lago is newer construction and this condo is nicely decorated and furnished. The resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina, movie theatre and restaurants. There is deeded beach access and also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area. Amenities at Bella Lago include a resort-style pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, fitness room, community room and fishing pier. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all towels and linens, private laundry area, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator takes you to #524 on the second floor. Enter into the foyer and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The condo has tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. There is carpeting throughout except for tile in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The kitchen has an elevated pass-through bar into the dining area with two high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. There is ample solid surface counter space. Everything is provided to prepare full course meals, or simply make toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances include a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a 5-burner glass-top range with oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating six, which flows into a nicely furnished living room with leather sofa and matching love seat, overstuffed chair, end tables and a coffee table. Opposite the seating area is a large entertainment center with large flat screen TV. A wide expanse of sliding glass doors takes you to the screened in and well-furnished balcony overlooking a lake with fountain. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, two marble top night stands, a desk with chair and armoire with flat screen TV. There is private access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The en suite bath has two separate vanities, each with lavatory and storage space beneath with a garden tub in between, a walk in shower with glass door, one walk-in closet, separate linen closet, and separate toilet room with pocket door. The first guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand, ample closet space with mirrored doors and an armoire with flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a double bed, night stand, mirrored closet doors and chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bath has a nicely tiled tub/shower combination with glass doors, commode and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The island has a wide variety of restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound.
