Entry through the front door is into the foyer. There is tile flooring throughout. Immediately to the right is the well-appointed and equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator/freezer, range, dishwasher, and microwave oven, with pass-through into the dining area. Everything is at your disposal to create full course meals, or simply to make a pot of coffee first thing in the morning.
Nicely furnished dining/living area there is a glass-top table seating 6. The adjacent living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, area rug, end tables, coffee table, and rocking chair, with an adjacent alcove/media area with a love seat, flat-screen TV, and cafe table seating 2.
Also available for guest use on the premises is a swimming pool and tennis courts.
