You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped, updated kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on your lanai. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining. The lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh air!
The open floor concept living area includes a dining area with a table for six and a living room that is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat screen TV, play board games, read a book or for just quiet contemplation. The master bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the King sized bed - but also has a flat screen if you're looking for a late night program. The master bedroom has its own private lanai access and en suite master bath that has also been completely remodeled. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and there's a brand new guest bath next door. For your convenience, there is free WiFi, in unit washer/dryer, building elevator and ample parking.
The beachfront complex sits on the quiet, south end of the island. Out your back door is one of the country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of white sand and surf. The resort-sized pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days on the sun deck with great views of the Gulf. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.
Once you walk out to the beach you can walk in either direction - south will take you to Lovers Key State Park (abounding in nature walks and shelling on the beach). You can also walk north to Times Square (although you might want to drive - it's quite a way) - there are shops, restaurants and all the activities the island has to offer. Santini Plaza is north of the condo by about half a mile and also offers shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.
