This retreat is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo in a beachfront resort that has been fully renovated. It is situated at the peaceful southern tip of Estero Island, with easy access to the south bridge that leads to Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. From this condo, you can enjoy seven miles of white sugar sand beach that stretch along this part of the island You can access the condo from a secure, air-conditioned lobby that has an elevator to the eleventh floor. The condo has an entry foyer and an open-plan design for the kitchen, dining and living areas. The condo has new tile flooring throughout. The spacious kitchen has hard surface countertops and fully stocked cabinets, making it easy to cook full-course meals if you wish. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a glass-top range with a self-cleaning oven, a built-in microwave oven above the range, and a refrigerator/freezer with side-by-side doors and a pull-out freezer drawer with an icemaker. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has a bar that opens to the living area, with three high-boy bar stools. The dining area next to the kitchen has a table for six. The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a coffee table, two matching side chairs with an end table and a lamp, a credenza with a large flat screen TV, and a wet bar with a sink and three cushioned bar stools, plus one for the bartender. Sliding glass doors from the living area lead to the balcony, where you can enjoy amazing views of the back bay and the Gulf of Mexico from the eleventh floor. The balcony has a table for four. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a side chair, a double dresser with a flat screen TV, and a private door to the screened-in balcony. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a dressing area, a granite vanity with a sink and a mirror, a large walk-in closet, another granite vanity with a sink, a corner jetted tub, a tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, and a separate toilet room.
