Estero Island is a tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, yet this property is away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway. So in addition to being on a canal with access by boat to the back bay, there is gulf access just across Estero Boulevard at Sterling Ave. to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets.
In the studio the flooring is wood tile throughout. On entry there is a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Between the sleeping area and the kitchen is the living area with love seat and coffee table on an area rug. To the right of the living area is the eat-in kitchen, with granite counter tops, stainless steel sink, bar with two bar seats, refrigerator freezer, a 4-burner range and oven, as well as counter top microwave oven. All necessary utensils are available for preparing full course meals should you so desire. There is ample closet space just adjacent to the kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a full bathroom with large vanity with lavatory, as well as a walk-in shower and separate linen closet.
