A two-bedroom, two-bath condo in a beachfront resort. It's located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island connects its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Entry at ground level is through a secure, air-conditioned lobby where an elevator takes you to the eleventh floor. Walk into an entry foyer and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is brand new tile flooring throughout the condo. The large kitchen has plenty of hard surface counterspace and fully stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer with side-by-side refrigerator doors and a pull-out freezer drawer with icemaker. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. There is a pass-through bar from the kitchen out to the living area with three high-boy bar seats. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living area, which is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, coffee table, two matching side chairs with end table and lamp, a credenza with a large flat screen TV, and opposite this area is a wet bar with sink and three cushioned bar seats, as well as a seat for the bartender. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony with its commanding views of the back bay and Gulf of Mexico from an eleventh-floor vantage point. The furnished balcony has a table seating four. The master bedroom with en-suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a side chair, a double dresser with flat screen TV and a door providing private access out to the screened-in balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a dressing area with granite vanity with lavatory with full wall mirror and storage space beneath, a large walk-in closet and then on into the bathroom area which has another granite top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, a corner garden-style jetted tub, as well as a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and a separate commode room. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands and lamps, a side chair, a double dresser with flat screen TV, ample closet space and its own door leading out to the furnished balcony with a view of the beach and gulf in the background. The adjacent guest bathroom has a granite vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
