Myers location, this comfortable second-floor condo puts you close to everything you’ve come to town to see. Ft. Myers Beach is a quick drive away, with Sanibel and Captiva just beyond. You’re also just a few minutes’ drive from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Come on in and enjoy relaxing in this comfortable condo. Central air-conditioning cools every room, and the garden view sets a lovely tone. Enjoy cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar that seats two. If someone spills, just use the private washer/dryer to clean things up. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and a privacy divider turns the second bedroom into a suite with an en suite bathroom. Guests of this condo can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court during their stay. THINGS TO KNOW The lower part of the building and outside areas will be undergoing construction throughout the next year. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. This second-floor condo does not have access to an elevator. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
