Minimum age to check in is 30. This three-bedroom, two-bath corner condo has very generous square footage. It's located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within walking distance of a public marina, movie theatre and restaurants. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. A trolley is available from directly in front of the resort to the Times Square area where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away and a CVS is within easy walking distance. Amenities at Gullwing include a heated swimming pool, spa, ample parking and gas barbecue grill area. There are luggage carts and bellman's trolleys available on arrival. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels and a private laundry area. Entry at ground level is through a secure, air conditioned lobby where an elevator takes you to the sixth floor. After arrival, for your convenience there is another elevator just steps from your condo taking you down to the pool area and beach access. Walk into an entry foyer and hallway with architectural tray ceiling, sconce lighting and recessed mirror niche with lighting. There is tile flooring with the exception of carpet in the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of hard surface counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list. Appliances include a double-door refrigerator, freezer drawer with ice-maker, glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher and built-in above range microwave oven. The kitchen has tray ceilings, recessed lighting, under-counter lighting, a large pantry and pass-through to the living area with three high-boy upholstered bar stools on the living area side. There is a double European style kitchen sink with disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry/utility room with full size washer and dryer behind a pocket door. Also adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room surrounded by a bay window with a large, round glass-top table seating four with two extra chairs. This flows into an area with a wet bar complete with sink, under counter cabinets, four upholstered barstools on the living room side and a chair for the bartender. This then flows into the large living area. On one side next to the wet bar there are windows overlooking the gulf and lush tropical grounds and a sitting area with over-stuffed chair, table and lamp. The rest of the living room is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa with matching love seat, corner end table, a glass-top coffee table, another overstuffed chair and a credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the tiled and screened in corner balcony overlooking the resort pool and spa area, as well as the boardwalk down to the sands of the beach, the barbecue area to the right, and all the lush tropical landscaping. Furnishings include a round patio table seating four and two extra patio chairs. The view from here extends basically 180 degrees, with Sanibel Island in the distance on the right, straight out is the Gulf of Mexico, and to the left looks further down the beach from a sixth floor vantage point. The primary bedroom with en suite bath is truly luxurious. On entry, to the left is the bathroom area with architectural tray ceilings and recessed lighting, a separate commode room, a corner garden jacuzzi tub, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and shower head and body sprays. There are dual lavatories with granite-top vanity and wall mirrors, plenty of cupboard and storage space, a linen closet and a large walk-in closet. The bedroom has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, a corner sitting area with overstuffed chair, and a large double dresser with flat screen TV and wall mirror. There is also a door providing private access to the balcony. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner overstuffed chair, a double dresser with wall mirror and flat screen TV and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a corner overstuffed chair, ample closet space and a double dresser with wall mirror and flat screen TV. The shared guest bath is nicely tiled and also has a doorless, tiled walk-in shower with ceiling rain shower head, commode and granite-top vanity with lavatory and wall mirror.
