The home is on the northeast end of Folly Beach, past the world famous surfing area known as the Washout. It is a block away from the beach (second row) and public access to the beach is a three-minute walk northeast. The home is 3 miles from downtown Center Street, where you can dine at local restaurants or walk the pier at night. You will need to drive a car, or rent a golf cart or bikes during your stay.
The home’s main living space is on the top floor, with a comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. On this top floor, there is one bedroom, with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom and shower. The tiled kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and electric appliances. Hardwoods run throughout the home.
Downstairs is a laundry room (with a washing machine and dryer) and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new king-bed (mattress is Serta medium memory foam) and an attached bathroom and shower. Two other bedrooms downstairs have queen-sized beds. They share a bathroom and shower. The downstairs bedrooms access porches.
