Additionally you'll find a a separate dining room that seats 8. You can enjoy your morning coffee on one of the THREE BALCONIES then grab your beach chairs and mosey out to find your spot in the sand.
The 2nd floor MASTER BEDROOM offers breathtaking ocean views, has a KING bed and a luxurious spa-like bath. On this floor you will find an additional guest room with QUEEN BED and private en-suite bath, plus laundry foom with full-sized Washer/Dryer. On the 3rd floor you will find two additional bedroom suites each with KING BED and KING BED and each includes private ensuite bathroom and access to a private balcony. The intimate courtyard tucked between third floor private suites, is a tranquil place for morning coffee and provides spiral stair access to the rooftop deck, and the 360 degree rooftop views that remind you just why this sleepy beachside town is affectionately called “The Edge of America.” Ample parking is provided including the 3-car garage and one, additional parking space. Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
