This idylic 7 bedroom Sosua ocean front villa is nestled within an upscale, private neighborhood only 3 minutes away from the main center of town for beach time fun, dining and shopping. Having undergone a recent renovation , the villa now boasts upscle suites with contemporary decor and spa quality bathrooms. The homes 7 spacious bedrooms, three with king beds, 2 with Queen and two with double beds. This home now also enjoys 6 1/2 bathrooms. This luxury rental is rarely open as it attracts returning guests year after year that love the beach, large private pool,upscale neighborhood and tasteful decor. The direct ocean views are breathtaking and unlike most villas we do have fully air conditioned,bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE THAT daily maid service, pool cleaning and concierge services are included and we would be happy to quote for driver and or chef/cooking service. The villa is popular sue to the location - Sosua Beach ( 5 minutes ) and Cabarete beach ( 7 minutes ). A smaller more private type beach is just a 3 minute walk, and the ocean is right in front of the property. POP airport is just 20 minutes away, and Playa Dorada is approximately 20 minutes away.
