The private residential elevator is made available when required by a guest. Please discuss with us in advance of your stay if you will need use of the elevator. Please note elevators can malfunction in which case the stairs must be used.
Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
No weddings allowed.
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
