Located in a luxury 24-hour guard gated community, this luxury home is within 20 ft. of the private beach and emerald waters on Destin’s Gulf Coast. It offers all beach needs: chairs, umbrellas, toys, pool toys, coolers. Four bicycles are also included for your enjoyment. This is a newly remodeled 4300 sq. ft. home with two additional 1700 sq. ft. outside wrap-around balconies on level 2 and 3 offers plenty of seating to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. It has an elevator, 5 ½ bathrooms, and 7 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 18. Every room has free internet access and streaming channels along with the highest speed internet to enable work from home, if necessary. All bathrooms include blow-dryers, magnifying mirrors, and full mirrors. First Floor: This floor has 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and each has a wall-mounted TV. There is also a wet bar, a mini-frig, and a coffee pot. The spacious laundry area has 2 large capacity washers and dryers along with a utility sink and pull-out ironing board. There is also a door leading to an outside shower for removing sand from a day at the beach. The 1600 sq. ft. private heated pool and hot tub area (heating charges extra) includes lounge chairs, tables, and high-back chairs perfect for entertaining. The beautifully landscaped area includes a natural gas grill. Second Floor: By stairs or elevator, the second floor provides a main open floorplan living room area with colorful furnishings and decor. The large wall-mounted TV and gas fireplace allows for lounging, gathering, or entertaining guests. The newly remodeled kitchen contains everything desired for even the best of chefs including a separate ice maker for added convenience. A large dining table along with counter seating and a breakfast/game table will easily seat all meals. This area includes a guest half bath. Directly off the main living area are 2 entrances to the spacious 1600 sq. ft. wrap-around balcony with seating and tables that allow for a spectacular view of the emerald water and the famous sunsets that Destin is known for. This area has a second gas grill for convenience allowing accessibility to the kitchen. The second floor has the 1st of 3 Master King Suites. A comfortable area to sit and relax with a book or watch the large wall-mounted TV. Each master suite has exceptionally large bathroom areas complete with a walk-in glass shower and a separate spa/tub. Each of the bathrooms has a sitting area, blow-dryer, make-up mirror, a full-length mirror, and a huge walk-in closet complete with a pull-out ironing board. Each suite also has a private balcony with a table and seating for relaxation and quiet. Third Floor: The third floor leads you to a common area including a wet bar, mini-frig, coffee pot, TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. Off the common area is a bunkroom with sleeping for 4 with wall-mounted TV and an Xbox entertainment center. The third floor has 2 Master King Suites. The north suite has the same sleeping, seating, large bathroom with walk-in shower, spa/tub, and private balcony as the suite on the second floor. The Executive King Suite on the 3rd floor has a cozy gas fireplace, designer large walk-in shower, a spa/tub, and 2 large makeup areas with seating. As in all full bathrooms in this home, there is a make-up mirror, blow-dryer, and full-length mirror. In saving the best for last, the Executive King Suite has a walk-out 1700 sq ft. wrap-around balcony complete with seating and tables.
