There is a second master also on the ground floor featuring a fine Queen bed with a full bathroom with a shower tub combo situated right next to it. There are two separate living areas with elegant furnishings, upscale décor, as well as fine electronics. You will love the great wet bar off of the first of these two living areas with plenty of storage to entertain your guests, and icemaker, and access to the pool deck. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an icemaker and features granite countertops along with an island bar, creating an open and spacious feel throughout. The formal dining area lies across from the wet bar area with a large table as well as another elegant kitchen dining table with plenty of seating. Enjoy the large, screened-in pool deck and lanai along with a patio and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill. The lanai is accessible from the master bedroom, the bar area, and the two living areas. Stairs lead to the second floor, housing the remaining two guest bedrooms, a loft area, extra storage closets and a Jack n’ Jill-style bathroom.
