This stunning residence boasts 25-foot ceilings, travertine tile, plantation shutters, custom drapery, and 8 flat screen TV's. Top of the line decor and furnishings with touches of coastal chic and comfort throughout. Enter via the grand entrance into the spacious foyer and step into the wonderful living areas. The master bedroom is on the main level and enjoys a fabulous comfortable king bed. The ensuite master bathroom is spacious and spa quality with an oversized jetted tub between ornate columns, custom cabinets, a separate glass enclosed tiled shower with rain shower head, and a large walk in closet. Just beyond the master bedroom, you will find a living room with a gas log fireplace, chic furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The heavenly spa and salt water pool anchors the pool deck and is surrounded by rich landscaping. The pool deck is completely screened in offering plenty of fine patio chairs, several loungers, as well as a private gas grill. Located between the formal dining room and the kitchen dining area, the custom kitchen is fully equipped offering high-end appliances; including a wine refrigerator, five top gas stove, and a center island with breakfast bar and bar stools. Parking Notes: Parking is limited to the drive way of the vacation rental. Sorry, no parking street or on the grass of the property. Please note that any vehicle that parks on the street or blocks any pedestrian footpath is in violation of city ordinance, this may result in fines and/or other penalties.
