This posh Crystal Shores location offers a premier Destin vacation location a short stroll away from convenient beach access and close to popular gulf front restaurants and friendly beach bars. The opulent columned wraparound veranda leads you to the separate Guest House and the veranda enjoys a vantage point overlooking the private pool that can be heated. Dine poolside and look out to the lush tropical grounds and out towards the Gulf of Mexico. The main open living area easily incorporates the dining, kitchen, and family space. Coastal comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor throughout will ensure your vacationing comfort. The Guest Bedrooms in the main house include king-sized beds in two of them with en suite luxury baths. A room for the kids contains two twin beds along with two twin trundles and access to another bath. The spacious Master Suite on the top floor has a Wet Bar, an en suite luxury bath, and a king-sized bed that faces a private balcony with palm tree topped views of the gorgeous Gulf. The Guest House has a comfortably furnished living/dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bunk room, and a full hall bath. A Game Room downstairs off the pool has a Ping Pong and Foosball Tables as well as a long couch facing a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Located close to Destin Commons, Paradise Key Shopping Center, and the Shops at Paradise Isle along with an array of fine dining options. Main Villa Overview: First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Twin Sleeper Sofa + Walk-In Shower with Soaking Tub and Patio Access, Powder Room, Laundry. Second Floor: King Bedroom with Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Two Twin Trundles, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Third Floor: King Master Suite with Wet Bar and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access. Guest House: First Floor: Garage with Ping Pong Table and Foosball. Second Floor: Living Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Queen Sleeper Sofa, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower. Pool heat pool available Oct-April upon request daily fee applies. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the week of Thanksgiving.
