The first floor has an inviting two-story entryway with a Juliette balcony. The open floor plan throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas gives everyone plenty of space to spend quality time together. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and overlooks the fenced-in backyard. The backyard features an in-ground pool with a spillover spa, an outdoor pool table and TV, a volleyball court, and plenty of space for the kids to run around. There is a gas grill, a gas Blackstone griddle, three outdoor dining tables, and poolside seating as well, which is perfect for summertime barbecuing! There’s also a half bathroom conveniently located near the living room that has poolside access.
Everything you need to create your favorite meals for the whole family is now in the comfort of your vacation home. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, and a beautiful glass tile backsplash. The dining area seats 10 at the table with additional seating for 10 at the large kitchen bar island. A laundry room and a half bathroom are conveniently located just beyond the living area.
The two master suites are conveniently located on the first floor. Each offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Upstairs, French doors lead to a spacious bunk bedroom that sleeps up to six guests in two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. On the north side of the second floor are two queen bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathrooms. The south end of the second floor has two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A full bathroom is located near these two bedrooms. Two of the queen bedrooms, as well as the bunk bedroom have private entrances to the rear balcony overlooking the spacious backyard and pool. The other two queen bedrooms have private entrances to the front balcony that overlooks the front-drive. The first floor living area contains a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger groups.
A semi-circle driveway in front of the house provides ample parking space and a straight driveway on the north side of the house leads to the single garage that houses your private golf cart. Tang-O-Mar’s private beach access is located about 150 yards from the house and has golf-cart parking available.
