There’s access to the patio and a beautiful private pool through gorgeous double doors from the family room. The first floor is also home to the master suite and another guest room is also located on the first floor, along with the laundry room.

The fourth bedroom has a writing desk nook, turquoise headboard king-sized bed with a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom is like looking into a history book on French and baroque design, and is accented by a tub and a tile stand-up shower.
The fifth bedroom is perfect for families willing to share a space with two queen beds, and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a tub and shower combo, and tile vanity sink. Adjacent to the bathroom is a second laundry room.
