This magnificent Mediterranean style luxury vacation villa is located is tucked away in a private, upscale gated community and enjoys private amenities at the villa as well as guest amenities that include a large lagoon pool, a hot tub, fitness center, basketball, and tennis courts.
The villa itself itself consists of a main villa and guest house. The home enjoys seven beautifully decorated and appointed bedrooms and collectively can accommodate up to 22 guests. The guest house enjoys its very own living space, kitchen, and one of the seven bedrooms . Located a flip flop stroll away from our beautiful beach,and for those that would rather relax pool side the home enjoys its own private pool and a community pool.

The main level features a great open room that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas. It includes multiple arch-topped windows along with double glass doors that lead out to the furnished pool veranda.The chef kitchen enjoys custom cabinetry, striking dark mottled granite countertops, an island, a mini sidebar with seating for two, and stainless steel appliances.
The first floor is home to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a private balcony that overlooks the pool, along with a full en suite luxury bath. The bathroom featuring double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. A guest bedroom is also situated on this same level also has a king-sized bed as well as a bunk with full beds and access to a hall bath that doubles as a powder room.
A spacious game room hash Billiards and a card table and lots of fun apres beach games. French doors lead out to the covered balcony that overlooks the pool and lake. Another master bedroom is on this level with a king-sized bed, a luxurious private en suite bath, and a pool balcony. Three nicely appointed guest bedrooms all have king-sized beds, and one has an en suite bath. The other two share a full hall bath, and one has an extra bunk with full beds.
The carriage guest house has an open studio living area with light parchment tiled flooring, a plush wrap around couch, TV, a round glass-topped table with four seats, and a full kitchen with maple cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances. The private bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bath.
This location allows you to enjoy an array of wonderful restaurants, beach bars and Championship golf T times can be arranged.
