This more than large 11-bedroom luxury vacation home is just a short stroll from the beach. This lovely rental home features a large outdoor area with not one but two private pools and spacious common areas. The spacious open floor plan with rich tile flooring is well suited for large apres beach gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The main floor also includes a half bath and one of the master bedroom suites with its own luxurious private bath. The refreshing plunge pool is flanked by the sun deck with two dining tables and an abundance of chaise lounge chairs. This pool can be heated for an additional fee. Across the deck, another private pool (non-heated) overlooks the bocce lawn area. Upstairs on the second floor, there are four additional bedrooms, a full hall bathroom, and a full shared bathroom between the bedrooms, which is ideal for parents and their children. A balcony overlooks the pool and a separate den with flat screen TV serves as a media room or extra bedroom with a sleeper sofa. The third floor is the main master suite with tray ceilings, a plush king-size bed, and a separate seating area with a flat-screen TV as well as an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities with granite countertops, a garden tub, a separate shower, and attached bunkroom. The master opens to a private balcony overlooking the backyard. Also on the top floor, another suite with a king-size bed is connected through a bathroom to a bunk room featuring one single bunk and a double bunk, which can sleep up to seven.
