This is a gulf-front Destin vacation home rental in Miramar Beach, Florida with a private pool, tremendous views, and the perfect location on a small stretch of Scenic 98 void of expansive high-rises and excessively crowded coastline. This serene getaway is perfect for summer vacations, winter getaways, events, and retreats. The expansive and open floor-plan allows a comfortable space for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the gulf without even stepping out onto the balcony. The property accommodates up to 24 guests.
The luxurious living area offers two plush sofas, a fireplace, flat screen TV, and wet bar for a perfect evening of relaxation or visiting with family and friends. All of the main living areas overlook the Gulf of Mexico and are bordered by expansive balconies where you can step outside and enjoy the view and sunshine. The kitchen offers an abundance of counter space, bar stool seating for four, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. There are two formal dining areas in the home. One with a table that seats six and another with a table that seats eight. On the balcony you can enjoy al fresco dining furniture and an outdoor bar with a sink and Big Green Egg grill.
The master suite is extravagant. A king size bed is the centerpiece of the room with nigh stands on either side. A large flat screen TV is mounted above the dresser and two sets of French doors lead out to a private, beach-front balcony. The ensuite master bathroom is tiled in beautiful travertine stone with marble columns and an ornate chandelier. There is a jetted tub, shower, and dual sink vanity with travel size soaps provided by the property manager. The other bedrooms include four king suites, a queen suite, and a room with two full-over-full bunks. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the form of a day bed with a twin trundle, and a queen sleeper in the den on the second floor.
Other amenities of this Destin vacation home rental include an in-home elevator and an in-home laundry room. The pool can be heated for an additional charge and beach chair setup is included with the home March 15 – Oct 31. Four bikes are provided with the home year-round. This is pet friendly with payment of the pet fee and adherence to the pet policy.
